As part of a team reinforcement, we offer an exciting opportunity as Senior Supply Chain Analytics Coordinator, in a context of the acquisition of the German site by AdhexPharma France in October 2022. You will be the owner/lead of all our Supply Chain analytics. The position is limited for two years and located in Hamburg (Germany).

Main areas of responsibility


As our future Senior Supply Chain Analytics Coordinator, you will be part of a small and very professional team, reporting to the Head of Finance, Commercial & Supply Chain, at the Hamburg plant (55 employees). We offer you the opportunity to grow fast in a very exciting role. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the demand and

strategic planning as well as the business analytics and performance management.


Demand Planning

• Check Sales Forecast Accuracy and Review monthly forecast updates.

• Analyse historical and statistical market demand plans to determine expected trends/developments going forward

• Ensure a proper Phase in/ phase out of products: Follow up of development regarding product launches and changes.


Strategic/tactical Planning

• Translate demand plans into mid- to long term production and stock plans

• Prepare the tactical capacity planning (holidays, maintenance, projects) in conjunction with the production

• Arrange/facilitate for regular Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Meetings

• Prepare and deliver the quarterly Manufacturing Latest Estimate and analysis of volume reconciliation between sales production volumes

• Check Demand and supply balance: Identify shortages / unbalanced situations and initiate corrective actions in order to solve issues


Business Analytics

• Create and interpret strategic analysis to identify optimization potentials

• Design, visualize and develop on demand reports for the Management.

• Author, generate and optimize Supply Chain KPI’s

• Analyze and propose optimizations of the Supply Chain business processes

• Generate periodical management reports and analysis


Performance management

• Monitor and challenge the KPIs on a monthly/ weekly basis and initiate corrective actions where appropriate

• Supervise and coordinate status and fulfilment of sales orders (order portfolio follow up) and production orders by challenging and collaborating with involved key players

• Contribute to the proper management of stocks raw material, packaging material and semi-finished products;


Transition and Development

• Continuously adapt current and new processes and procedures,

• Identify and close knowledge gaps and overlook existing SCM processes to further lead improvements

Your Profile:

• You have a master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science Supply Chain Management or related technical field and at least five years' experience in a Planning & Supply planning and reporting processes in an industrial environment.

• Significant Experience using and understanding data structures and metrics to determine and drive improvements

• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills

• Fluency in English, German desirable

• Hands-on mentality

• Mastery of the Office package is essential and mastery of an ERP such as SAP would be highly appreciated.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, a high sense of customer service, the ability to manage priorities and will be essential qualities for success in this role.

• Furthermore, the ability to create short and long term measurable plans to allow product supply and meet customer demand.

• Your excellent communication skills combined with your problem-solving competence will complete your profile.
