As part of a team reinforcement, we offer an exciting opportunity as Senior Customer Operations Coordinator (m/f/d), in a context of the acquisition of the German site by AdhexPharma France in October 2022. You will be the face to our customers and their voice within our organization, to ensure we do our very best to ensure an excellent market supply. The position is limited for two years and located in Hamburg (Germany).

Main areas of responsibility

Mission :

As our future Senior Customer Operations Coordinator, you will be part of a small and very professional team, reporting to the Head of Finance, Commercial & Supply Chain, at the Hamburg plant (55 employees). We offer you the opportunity to grow fast in a very exciting role. You will be responsible for ensuring a continuous market supply and the customer satisfaction, in particular you will ensure that we produce and deliver timely the right quality and quantity at the most efficient cost.

 

Customer Management

• Expertise building and understanding of our customers and markets regarding trends, customs and narcotic drug requirements for export and markets relevant specifics.

• Manage and share, on a timely manner, with the right stakeholders the customer requests and coordinate the actions to ensure a timely & appropriate response.

• Analyze the Sales Forecast Accuracy.

• Coordinate the Artwork changes including the “change control” management as well as the control of the packaging materials concerned.

• Create/update timely the Master data and follow up the Masterfile Process in SAP.

 

Order Management

• Perform the order entry and feasibility check in close collaboration with production planning and scheduling.

• Acknowledge/ confirm to the customer the committed volumes and timings.

• Coordinate & Monitor, in close collaboration with the production planning team, the planed availability dates of orders to ensure a perfect order fulfilment (POF/OTIF).

• Prepare the relevant handling/shipping documents for narcotic drug products and export/import licenses.

• Provide the customer with orders status updates according to agreed processes.

 

Planning

• Be the voice of the customer during the monthly planning and the weekly scheduling processes and challenge as appropriate to ensure a proper balance between and excellent market supply and costs optimization.

• Contribute to the proper management of finished products stocks;

• Drive the Perfect Order Fulfilment KPI improvement agenda with a continuous improvement approach (collaboration, challenge, corrective and preventive actions, …)

 

Transition and Development

• Ensure a continuous improvement of processes and procedures,

• Own and drive your personal development (Identify and close knowledge gaps, seek feedback and support from colleagues and management, etc.)

Your Profile:

•You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or related technical field and at least five years' experience in a Supply Chain/ Customer Management Role in an industrial environment.

• Fluency in English is essential in this international and multi-cultural environment.

• Good german is desirable.

• Mastery of the Office package is key and mastery of an ERP such as SAP would be highly appreciated.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, a high sense of customer needs and the ability to manage priorities will be essential qualities for success in this role.

• Hands-on mentality.

• Your excellent communication skills combined with your problem-solving competence will complete your profile.

• The ability to create short- and long-long-term measurable plans to allow product supply and meet customer demand.
