We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Product Analyst to join our team at SIXT. The Product Analyst will be responsible for researching and analyzing product data to identify areas for improvement, market trends, and customer preferences. They will work closely with our product development teams in the Marketing Technology department to help define and shape our product strategy.
You conduct in-depth analysis of product data, including sales figures, customer feedback, and market trends, to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
You collaborate with the product development and management teams to develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of our products
You provide data and analytics to inform product decisions, including new product development, feature enhancements, and pricing strategies
You develop and maintain product performance reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate product performance and insights to key stakeholders
You cooperate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Consumer Products, and Engineering, to ensure product success
You keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform product strategy and development
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or related field
You have gained 3+ years of experience in product analysis, data analysis, or a related field
You have strong analytical skills and experience working with data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Google Looker or Power BI
You are an excellent communicator with collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
You own knowledge of product development and management processes, including agile development methodologies
You are experienced in the automotive or transportation industry (is a plus)
About the department:
Pricing focuses on market-oriented and margins-optimising product and price management for all business sectors and customer groups in order to create long-term value for the company. The yield management is primarily concerned with maximising revenue through utility and price-oriented management of the fleet and demand. Issues such as planning and composition of the fleet size, predicting the fleet and demand and regulating imports and modulation of vehicles are addressed here. Furthermire, demand adjustments are carried out if necessary through price and availability controls.
