(SENIOR) MANAGER GOVERNANCE (M/F/D)

• You support the company in agile strategy implementation

• You work closely with the Strategy and Project Management Office functions to link the strategic level with the implementation through our initiatives

• You are our expert for SIXT’s OKR tool, supporting our key users in the correct use and ensuring that their information is updated at the right time

• Together with our method experts, you will actively drive the OKR process, ensure that the OKR framework is understood and applied across all relevant functions and levels

• You help us to design and continuously develop our internal governance so that we have a stringent cascade from vision to implementation and vice versa that helps us to focus on the biggest levers for success and growth

• You have a university degree in business or related areas and have several years of experience in strategy consulting, business development or similar areas

• You come with knowledge and ideally experience of the OKR framework and agile governance

• You have an affinity for Tech and KPI management, have an organizational talent and always keep track of many areas and information

• You are service-oriented, enjoy change, agile working, creative freedom and personal responsibility

• You are fluent in both English and German

About the department:
The area of corporate development combines the internal consulting units of the SIXT Group. The range of tasks includes first, projects to develop new business and products, growth initiatives in existing businesses, and M&A projects. Second, corporate development works on the continuous optimisation of business processes, increasing productivity and cost effectiveness, as well as expanding the product landscape in all divisions of SIXT.
