You will be responsible for constantly deriving actions from our customer data, research best practices and develop initiatives to bring loyalty of our customer base to the next level. You will work as part of an international team alongside other Business Development Managers to increase customer retention at SIXT.
You develop projects and business cases to increase customer value for our business
You define and implement initiatives for customer activation and retention
You use customer data to inform your decision making
You do benchmarking and research best practices in the car rental market
You work closely together with Analytics and CRM Operations teams
You hold a Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing or a similar field
You have work experience in consulting or in a business development function
You have strong analytical skills, yet 'hands-on' with a focus on fast and flawless execution
You have high ownership and bias for action to move your projects forward
You speak English fluently - German is not a must
