We are looking for a Head of SAP Competence Centre (m/f/d) to ensure the smooth running of our current business and a dynamic expansion into new markets, technologies and ranges of products. Our SAP system is an integral part of smoothly running all these processes in a highly automated way, both directly customer-facing and for operating our branches and vehicles. Purchasing and running a car fleet of hundreds of thousands of cars is only one of our particular challenges. We also need to ensure that all our processes are globally aligned and are fully compliant from a legal, regulatory and tax perspective. All business processes need to allow real-time controlling and planning on all levels of the company. Finding pragmatic, efficient solutions that are solidly build on technical and professional standards yet cover our innovative, technologically advanced and therefore often complex processes is the key requirement.

Do what you love:

You are responsible for technically leading and developing the SAP Competence Centre and the related SAP team
You will manage further development of our SAP ERP system (R/3, focus on FI/CO) and the interfaces between SAP and the SIXT upstream systems (self-developed and third-party)
You will be first point of contact for all processes involving the SAP system, including adjacent systems and define and implement efficient solutions for existing and new business processes involving SAP
You strongly collaborate and manage business and operational teams, nationally and internationally
You take part in creating a technical and business case for an ERP Cloud migration

Come as you are:

You hold a degree in Computer Science or Economics or equivalent
You have profound practical experience with SAP ERP in Finance over many years, preferably in mobility or any related area

You are highly experienced in leading large and complex projects; with it comes your excellent conceptual skills, especially with quickly understanding and structuring complex processes
You have a track-record of delivering complex projects on time by coordinating teams from different areas and clearly communicating goals and expectations
You speak English fluently. German is required at least on a conversational level
