Mechanic (m/f/d) for E-Bike Fleets – Hamburg

What are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a dedicated employee (m/f/d) for our mobile service team. You will ride your enviado workshop cargo e-bike to restaurants and perform repairs and maintenance on the enviado e-bike fleets.

What does »enviado« do?

enviado develops e-bikes, thermal boxes, and accessories specifically for delivery services. As a manufacturer, we equip various delivery services, such as pizza franchise systems and food delivery companies. Our products are characterized by extreme robustness and simplicity.

Tackle Exciting Challenges with Us!

• Carrying out maintenance and repairs on enviado e-bike fleets at the customer's premises

• Processing repair orders in the enviado service app

• Coordinating repair orders and monitoring maintenance and repair work

• Ensuring and monitoring compliance with workflow processes

Your Superpowers:

• You enjoy working independently and goal-oriented.

• A completed vocational/technical training or similar qualifications are advantageous – career changers are welcome. If you’re comfortable with tools, we’ll teach you the ropes.

• Good German skills are a plus but not required – good English is sufficient to start.

• You like being on the road, as your cargo e-bike is your mobile workshop
