We are on the lookout for a dynamic and entrepreneurial International Sales Manager – Latin America (m/f/d) to join our International Sales team! If you have a passion for developing markets, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic and operational roadmaps for the Latin American market.
  • Establish and expand a profitable distributor network, opening new markets and finding new business partners.
  • Manage and support existing distributors and subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with local market conditions and company targets.
  • Lead sales forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting.
  • Conduct trainings, product presentations, and actively participate in industry events and live surgeries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and surgeons.

Das bringst Du mit

Your Profile:
  • University degree in Business, International Management, Medical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in medical devices.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with very good German communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Latin American healthcare market and an established network.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (30% or more).
