We are offering you a challenging position as
Supply Planner (m/f)
as an integral part of our Planning team based in the Hamburg office.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Generate detailed supply chain and stock transportation schedules and plans, for a defined portfolio of SKUs in order to achieve agreed cost and customer service KPI targets
- Make plans and schedules available to stakeholders in the Value Chain in a timely manner
- Analyze and manage current stock situation of a defined portfolio within agreed min and max covers and timely highlight risks and escalations to stakeholders
- To execute plans to secure the efficient and timely “phase in/out” management of agreed SKU portfolio changes
- Troubleshooting problems that could adversely impact KPI’s and use problem solving tools and techniques to address off track performance
- To process system transactions in accordance with the created plans and schedules (e.g. raising and placing of stock transfer and production orders)
- To have alert systems in place to proactively identify risks or when fulfilment of plans or schedules are off track in order to provide early warning of risks and escalation to stakeholders
- Proactively address deviations between “actuals and plan” in order to secure that overall cost and customer service KPIs are achieved
- Ensure accuracy and transparency of Planning master data to enable correct decision making at all levels of Planning
- Actively participate in the weekly S&OP process providing required input information, highlighting forward risks & opportunities and implementing agreed actions for the defined SKU portfolio
- Work collaboratively with Demand Planners to coordinate a robust process for the monitoring and minimizing of scrap product
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects as required
