Due to continued success and growth are now looking to join force with a seasoned sales professional. As a Senior Business Development Manager your key responsibility would be to leverage your existing network of contacts in the mobile games ecosystem and strong sales experience in order to build and manage relationships with leading mobile publishers and developers. Therefore to support our Team, we are looking for:


Sr. Business Development Manager (m/w/d) 

Your Tasks:

  • Position Exmox as a leading player in the mobile advertising ecosystem through leadership, an extensive network of industry connections and the ability to establish relationships with key industry executives.
  • Secure advertising budgets with global partners and grown them into profitable, long term partnerships.
  • Grow Exmox's revenue across key verticals (Gaming & Entertainment) while identifying new opportunities. 
  • Build, manage and evaluate a growing sales pipeline in order to achieve on target earnings.
  • Work with cross functional teams in order to develop new value propositions and fuel product development with customer insights. 


  • Existing, actionable relationships in the mobile gaming ecosystem.
  • Strong experience in performance marketing, advertising, gaming or ad tech. 
  • Clear track record of sales excellence ideally in the mobile ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and execute a deliberate sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication skills, in English.
  • Verbal, written and presentation skills in order to build successful relationships through complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks while keeping the bigger picture front of mind.
  • High level negotiation skills.
  • Self motivated with the ability to learn at speed.
  • Must have working Visa (not a Job seeking Visa) / European issued Passport
  • Relocation support, 860 Euro, after probation time, must be in Hamburg
