As an Office Manager your key responsibility would be to support the whole company in organisational matters. Office Manager (m/w/d)

Who is the ideal person for this role?

You are registered at a University (preferable Business Administration or Economic Sciences) and you have very good organisational skills. You'd rather solve problems than discuss them. You enjoy when things are well organized and newly set processes go smoothly. You are responsible for orders, incoming invoices, bookkeeping and travel bookings, couriers, organizing team events and many more things. As an Office Manager you need to be fluent in English. You are also excellent at communication and problem-solving skills.


What will you be doing?

  • Support the Management Team in finding tools to simplify the daily work
  • Assist the team to book business travels and assist checking travel expenses
  • Support us in preparing the invoices for our accounting
  • Prepare team events
  • Brainstorm with the management team to implement new ideas for creating a company culture
  • Help us to master daily tasks in the office 
  • Support us in our recruitment processes
