We are currently offering a 6-month
Internship in Talent Management (HumanResources)
in full-time to start in Hamburg, Germany, to start as soon as possible (with the possibility of extension to 12 months).
Your responsibilities
• Motivating, developing and retaining talented people and helping them perform at consistently high levels are all vital to our continued success. As an intern you will be exposed to proactive, tenacious and innovative approaches to our task of attracting, engaging, retaining and growing talents.
• You will support our Talent Management team in ongoing and future projects, like the design and development of talent management initiatives such as leadership development, trainee programs and talent reviews. You will also be responsible for sub-projects.
• In this role, you will experience a proactive and hands-on approach in a highly communicative and challenging business environment.
• As part of an HR CoE (Center of Expertise) you will work in close collaboration with HR colleagues and internal customers around the world, ensuring an appropriate and targeted communication.
Your qualifications
• You are in an advanced stage of your master’s studies or have just obtained your bachelor degree in business administration, psychology, international management or another HR-related discipline.
• Ideally, you have knowledge and/or experience in talent & competency management, leadership development & assessment as well as HR systems.
• You enjoy conceptual work and thinking as well as rolling up your sleeves and setting up new things.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, are a must. Experience in working with HR Systems is appreciated.
• You are looking for the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographies and want to influence your own development.
• You convince with your speed, your quick understanding of the business needs and your self-confident manner.
• Proactively approaching people and curiosity about new business sectors and backgrounds are part of your portfolio and you want to build up your competencies within our team.
• You are highly motivated and self-organized, a good team worker, creative and flexible.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; very good German and/or additional language skills would be an advantage.
