Job description

Your main goal will be applying pipeline generation skills to identify and acquire new customers in medium-sized and large gaming enterprises, to help grow and develop our presence in Korea. 


Business Development Manager, jr.  - Performance Marketing



Your Tasks:


  • Prospect Development: Through engaging with marketing managers and applying a customer centric, consultative selling approach you will qualify new campaign opportunities while educating prospects of the value of exmox’s services. 
  • Strategic Alignment: Connect with your manager and the publishing team in order to prioritise strategic accounts in your territory. Identify and generate new business opportunities in your market to fuel growth. 
  • Exceed Targets: Deliver on set out targets by establishing a bulletproof pipeline focused on both new accounts and extracting additional value from existing partners in your region. 
  • Account Management: Provide clients with punctual campaign feedback, upsell in order to maximise account value, update internal CRM(Hubspot) and organisational tools(Asana, Google Drive) in order to maintain campaign transparency.

Voraussetzungen

  • After All this is a sales role, if you aren’t comfortable with a large volume of cold contacts, and consistent follow ups this position won’t be right for you. 
  • Fluent English, while we don’t require German, strong Business English is mandatory.
  • Proficient in MSOffice / Gsuite: Word, Excel/Sheets (Asana, Slack a Plus)
  • Internet affinity & strong business acumen.
  • After the probation period of 6 months we offer ample career development opportunities.
  • If an Internship/ Apprenticeship is not suitable for you, we would be open to hiring on a part-time basis.
  • Must have working Visa (not a Job seeking Visa) / European issued Passport
  • No Relocation support, must be in Hamburg
