We're searching for a motivated professional to join our Operations team. You'll be providing administrative support for a team of Account Managers; data entry, scheduling, shipment tracking, documentation for export. One of the key components of the role is monitoring product integrity, and reporting any carrier issues such as delays, scheduling conflicts.
The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in English since almost all of the communication verbal/written will be in English outside of Germany over the phone/email
Perform administrative support duties; data entry, scheduling, shipment status updates, documentation for export.
Enter and update work orders, ensure data integrity.
Collect documents related to business transactions.
Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments.
Track shipment location and generate reports for Account Managers.
Communicate with shipping personnel to ensure trucks are properly loaded.
Report carrier issues such as delays, scheduling conflicts.
Document shipment status across multiple database platforms.
Call third-party carriers to recruit support with freight movements.
Communication in English; both written and oral.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel
Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
Experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain preferred.
